Will of God is to be understood in the broader perspective. In the empirical world local laws apply which are also will of the God. Nirankar created circumstances which led to some saints breaking away from Sangat. God is all merciful and forgiving. Now the divine mercy is working through Satguru who has chided saints to make effort to bring the lost sheep to the fold. The fact is that besides Nirankar, nothing is real . So there can be nothing happening outside his will.

As it is said that whatever happens its always according to will of Nirankar. Today morning while travelling to my office I was reading Sant Nirankar magazine of April month, there was an article "Retrieving the lost sheep" by Rev. C.L Gulathi ji in which he has talked about bringing back those saints who have left Mission even after taking divine knowledge.
So, my question is, in this case also there is will of Nirankar?
