Dhan Nirankarji,
As Rev. Upashakji has explained in few words, that Sukh & Dukh are nothing but a state of mind. If you take the words SUKH & DUKH in both words KH is same here KH is used for Indries ( sense organs) anything we find according to our indries, we feel the state of SUKH and if it is not satisfy to our indries we are in state of Dukh.
Means jo meri iccha ke mutabik hota hai to main sukh anubhav karti hoon par jo meri iccha ke mutabik nahin hota hai to main dukhi hoti hoon. Par jo sub kuch Ishwar ki ichcha maante hain wehi sukh dukh se pare Aanand mein rahte hain.

Dear Saints
The only diffrence between SUKH and DUKH is our state of mind.What ever our father does is in relation to every person six billion of us.My problem is personal if I do not like it then it becomes DUKH it may be SUKH for all others.
