I would like your views.

I am suffering from backache problem that occasionally develops painful.Sometimes I find it difficult to touch saints's holy feet and wish dhan nirankar.

My question is "How to convey this message to saints."

[Divine Souls:3903] Cherokee Indian

Dear Saints,

Dhan Nirankar Ji

Das would like to share with you a small story:

Do you know the legend of the Cherokee Indian youth's rite of Passage?
His father takes him into the forest, blindfolds him and leaves him alone. He is required to sit on a stump the whole night and not remove the blindfold until the rays of the morning sun shine through it. He cannot cry out for help to anyone. Once he survives the night, he is a MAN. He cannot tell the other boys of this experience, because each lad must come into manhood on his own. The boy is naturally terrified. He can hear all kinds of noises. Wild beasts must surely be all around him. Maybe even some human might do him harm. The wind blew the grass and earth, and shook his stump, but he sat stoically, never removing the blindfold. It would be the only way he could become a man! Finally, after a horrific night the sun appeared and he removed his blindfold. It was then that he covered his father sitting on the stump next to him. He had been at watch the entire night, protecting his son from harm.
We, too, are never alone. Even when we don't know it, God is watching over us, sitting on the stump beside us. When trouble comes, all we have to do is reach out to Him. If you liked this story, pass it on. If not, you took off your blindfold before dawn.
Moral of the story:
Just because you can't see God, Doesn't mean He is not there.
'For we walk by faith, not by sight.'

DNJ,

Good point raised, but interestingly HH Babaji himself has instructed/conveyed to do SIMRAN in the given specific words(language) only. So nothing goes beyond HIS wish then... We desciples follow it for our sheer love towards HIM (Satguru & Nirankar). Simran is performed not as a ritual nor balancing our comfort level but in a simple way with full awareness and as a perfect way to connect to the Divine.

Also seva, satsang, simran are not mutually exclusive, but a TRINITY to be followed by a saint in equal passion and they are the pillars of our Mission. To add, when we do all these with pure love and joy then our comfort level is immaterial and even hardships (including cultural and language barriers) do not bother anyways.

Hope this clarifies the point and helps us to get back on track (including myself).

So let do SIMRAN in the way HE wishes -

"Tu Hi Nirankar, Main Teri Sharan Haan, Mainu Baksh Lo"

Now, let us have a first-hand taste of sweetness, divinity and authenticity of the Holy Bible from the following few verses:

THERE WAS A TRADITION OF KEEPING GULAAMS IN THE MARKET FOR MONEY. ONE RICH MAN WHO HAVE A GULAAM FROM LAST 20 YEARS. ONE DAY HE ASKED THAT GULAAM TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT TO EAT, HE SAID WHATEVER YOU GIVE ME. THEN HE ASKED WHAT TYPE OF DRESS YOU WANT TO WEAR, HE SAID WHAT EVER YOU WILL GIVE ME. THEN HE ASKED WHAT PLACES YOU WANT TO SEE, HE SAID WHERE EVER YOU WANT TO GO YOU WILL TAKE ME.

NEXT DAY WHEN HE WENT FOR HIS PRAYERS & WANTED TO DEMAND THINGS AS USUAL, SUDDENLY REMEMBERED HIS TALKS WITH GULAAM, HE THOUGHT FOR GULAAM I AM HIS GOD, CARE TAKER, THINGS PROVIDER, AND FOR ME MY GOD IS THERE, I ASK HIM EVERYTHING I WISH. I KEEP GULAAM ACCORDING TO MY STATUS, BECAUSE HE IS PART OF MY PRESTIGE, SO WHY NOT I BELIEVE THE SAME FOR MY GOD. HE WILL KEEP ME AS HIS STATUS, I UNNECESSARILY DEMAND ACCORDING TO MY THOUGHTS, I SHOULD BELIEVE IN HIM THAT HE WILL KEEP ME FED, CLOTHED, ACCORDING TO HIS STATUS. HE RETURNED & ASKED GULAAM TO SIT ON HIS GURU'S SEAT BECAUSE HE HAS GIVEN HIM THE BEST TEACHING IN SIMPLE WORDS.

SO YOU SEE GULAAM GETS EVERYTHING SAME AS HIS MASTER WAS ENJOYING.

SO THERE IS ONLY 1 POINT IN THIS "BELIEF IN NIRANKAAR" IF WE THINK, FOLLOW & BELIEVE IN HIM 100%, THEN THERE IS NO DOUBT THAT HE WILL KEEP US LESS DRESSED OR FED THAN HIMSELF. HE WILL GIVE US UNLIMITED REWARDS, BUT BY DEMANDING WE PUT LIMITS ON OUR REWARDS.

I WILL NOT TELL THE NAMES BUT WE HAVE PRACTICAL LIVED EXAMPLES IN OUR MISSION WHO FOLLOW THESE LINES & WERE WORSHIPPED LIKE AN ANGELS. [Divine Souls:3893] Re: Good Lesson

A Good Lesson

A young man, a student in one of our universities, was one day taking a walk with a professor, who was commonly called the students' friend, from his kindness to those who waited on his instructions. As they went along, they saw lying in the path a pair of old shoes, which they supposed to belong to a poor man who was employed in a field close by, and who had nearly finished his day's work.

The student turned to the professor, saying: "Let us play the man a trick: we will hide his shoes, and conceal ourselves behind those bushes, and wait to see his perplexity when he cannot find them."

"My young friend," answered the professor, "we should never amuse ourselves at the expense of the poor. But you are rich, and may give yourself a much greater pleasure by means of the poor man. Put a coin into each shoe, and then we will hide ourselves and watch how the discovery affects him."

The student did so, and they both placed themselves behind the bushes close by. The poor man soon finished his work, and came across the field to the path where he had left his coat and shoes. While putting on his coat he slipped his foot into one of his shoes; but feeling something hard, he stooped down to feel what it was, and found the coin. Astonishment and wonder were seen upon his countenance. He gazed upon the coin, turned it round, and looked at it again and again. He then looked around him on all sides, but no person was to be seen. He now put the money into his pocket, and proceeded to put on the other shoe; but his surprise was doubled on finding the other coin. Very good point! Thanks for sharing.

Just wanted to add that - think about this like a password. One character missed or misspelled and you can't get in to the system and you can not connect. Same goes here. You don't need to translate it or understand it when you have to acutally "do simran". It is the most powerful and precious 'mantra' given by the lordmaster (Satguru) himself. That exact line connects the ONE and ALL.

simran is - "Tu Hi Nirankar, Main Teri Sharan Han, Mainu Baksh Lo" .

(A saint's mothertoungue or sangat's language/format does not change this...)

Apart from this His Holiness in this just concluded special general body meeting also conveyed that simran is sehaj. So it should remain in it's original form.

I would recommend you to get a copy of Purifying Experiences by Prof. Joginder S.Puri (Darjii) page 122 chapter (Simran: Correction by the BABA). i would like to briefly explain it. where Puri Sahib was on tour with Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji, Group of 13 young boys and girls who was studying theology wanted to get supreme knowledge after hearing about Holiness.

Puri Sahib has given them a Gyan.

Holiness asked Puri Sahib. What Simran do you give them?

He said "One thou formless God, I surrender to thee, Kindly forgive me"

Holiness asked Puri Sahib , why didn't you use the word "Nirankar"?

Puri Sahib has replied they won't understand it.

Baba ji said to him " You have not conveyed the Gian exactly as it should be, This word "Nirankar" is essential and so is the rest of Simran"

Puri Sahib have gone back to them and explained it again. They have done Simran together the way its.

When Puri Sahib came back to Baba Ji asked "How do they feel Puri Sahib"?

Puri Sahib said it was wonderful this had a miraculous, a magical effect on them.

my limited understanding of this is.

It was divine order of that time and it still is. Let's see what Baba Hardev Singh Ji unfolds if it needed.

Sharing a story….

“Again, I have to go to work

Ohh, this is me I shouted having a glance on my snap in todays news paper. But what the HELL it is doing in the death column??
Strange One sec... Let me think, last night when I was going to bed I had a severe pain in my chest, but I don't remember anything after that, I think I had a sound sleep...
Its morning now, ohh... Its already 10:00 AM, where is my coffee? I will be late for work.
Where is everyone??? I screamed. I think there is a crowd outside my room, let me check. I said to myself.
So many people.. Not all of them are crying But why are some of them crying???
WHAT IS THIS??? I'm lying there on the floor
I AM HERE I shouted!!! No one listened.

OOK I AM NOT DEAD I screamed once again!!! No one is interested in me. They all were looking at me on the floor. I went back to my bed room.
Am I dead?? I asked myself.
Where is my wife, my children, my mom, dad, my friends?
I found them in the next room, all of them were crying still trying to console each other.
My wife was crying she was really looking sad. My little kid was not sure what happened, but he was crying just coz his mom was sad.
How can I go without telling my kid that I really love him, I really do care for him. ??
How can I go without telling my wife that she is really beautiful and most caring wife in this world..??
How can I go without telling my parents that I m just because of u ??
How can I go without telling my friends that without them perhaps I would have done most of the wrong things in my life thanks for being there always when I needed them and sorry for not being there when they really needed me..
I can see a person standing in the corner and trying to hide his tears
Ohh he was once my best friend, but a small misunderstanding made us part, and we both have strong enough egos to keep us disconnected .
I went there.. And offered him my hand, Dear friend I just want to say sorry for everything, we r still best friend, please forgive me.
No response from other side, what the hell?? He is still preserving his ego, I am saying sorry even then!!! I really dont care for such people.
But one sec. it seems he is not able to see me!!!! He did not see my extended hand. My goodness AM I REALLY DEAD???
I just sat down near ME; I was also feeling like crying OHH ALMIGHTY!!!! PLEASE JUST GIVE ME A FEW MORE DAYS I just wasnt able to make my wife, my parents; my friends realize how much I love them.
My wife entered in the room, she looks beautiful. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL I shouted. She didnt hear my words, in fact she never heard these words coz I never said this to her.
OHH ALMIGHTY!!!! !!!! I screamed a little more time plzzzzzzzzzzzz. . I cried One more chance please to hug my child, to make my mom smile just once, to feel my dad 's pride on me at least for a moment, to say sorry to my friends for everything I have not given them, and thanks for still being in my life.
Then I looked up and cried!!!! I shouted. OHH ALMIGHTY!!!! ONE MORE CHANCE PLEASE!!!!
"You shouted in your sleep," said my wife as she gently woke me up. "Did you have a nightmare?"
I was sleeping. Ohh that was just a dream.
My wife was there she can hear me This is the happiest moment of my life I hugged her and whispered.
U R THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AND CARING WIFE IN THIS UNIVERSE. I REALLY LOVE U DEAR
I cant understand the reason of the smile on her face with some tears in her eyes, still I m happy. :)

THANK YOU ALLAH FOR THIS SECOND? CHANCE.
So, even now its not late..
Forget your egos & your past, and express your love to others Be friendly keep smiling and be happy forever cos your time on earth can be unexpectedly short :-)
