[Divine Souls:4069] Need Advice

Dhan Nirankar ji Dearest Saints,

Desires existed before receiving Gyan and will exist after receiving Gyan.  The difference is that before receiving God knowledge, we told and demanded from God what we wanted. But after Gyan,  we learn to share our desires with Him.

Before gyan, we blindly wanted and demanded from God everything without thinking of the consequences or without taking the  time to think of what it would be like to actually receive what we asked so desperately for.  After receiving Gyan, we begin to share with God our desires and allow Him to decide what is best for us.  We begin to realize that God is capable of giving us whatever it is that we want....there is no shortage with God's abundance....however, only God will know what will be best for us.  In our ignorance, we may have equated "things" with happiness, but then after being enlightened, when we realize the source of all happiness and the source of all things, we also realize that we will never live in lack....for now we know that Almighty truly is watching over us at all times.

Just staying connected with Almighty Nirankar allows you the security and wisdom that whatever you need will be granted and whatever you wish for will be considered.

When it comes to desires, this formula has always guaranteed happiness for me:

Ask for whatever it is that you wish for from God and remember to also ask, "This is what I desire, but only give me what you think is best for me."  After praying this, surrender it to God and accept His decision. This means that getting your wish and not getting it feels exactly the same to you because you allow the Maker of All Wishes To Come True to give only that which will truly give you peace and happiness.

May Nirankar continue to bless everyone with everything that is best for them.

With love and respect,
tina rai, vancouver

[Divine Souls:4068] Re: Need Advice

Dhan Nirankar Ji,

Here's thought from Vivek Ji(US).

************
Rajesh Ji,

Desires are part of human existence. They will continue or rather they
should continue till i live so that i have motivation to live/succeed.
The difference lies in the kind of desires you keep within you.

I had lots of desires as a child growing up. I wanted the best pen to
write my notes in the school. The best quality notebook. An hour of
sports break instead of half hour and so on. This wish list of mine
kept changing as i grew older but they were very much mine. Some of
them were realistic, others absurd, some became reality and others did
not. In the end, the list never ended but it kept growing longer.
Every desired, not fulfilled left a bad mark on me, every desired
fulfilled boosted my ego. All my desires at this time were my "wants".

The day i was bestowed with divine knowledge, i left my "I" in the
possesion of almighty. I understood that all materialistic possesions
belong to Him.. I do have desires even today, i want to succeed in my
profession, i want a bigger house, a luxury car and so on. Since i
have surrendered to His will, i will get whatever i "need". All my
desires are now based on my "needs" as per the guidance of my master.
The only thing i do now is bow at His feet and ask to bless me with
everything that i need to render my utmost services to Him.

These desires will never end but if they are according to the will of
nirankar, i will enjoy them if they are fulfilled, if not, than enjoy
even more because something better is just around the corner. The key
is to surrender unconditionally.

"sukh saare duniya de pa de meri jholi wich, phir wi milayi rakhi
santaan di toli wich"

Love, Vivek

[Divine Souls:4067] Re: Need Advice

DNJ Beloved Saints,

I would like to share my personal experience,practice,belief and thoughts about it in brief and try to only address this concern. God-Knowledge and Guru's grace puts everything in real perceptive in terms of spirituality, and spirituality drives our life while being surrendered to Almighty which purifies your heart,thoughts and intentions. Nothing can be inappropriate or unaccepted by Almighty/Guru which has been brought by all of these pure elements. Having a desire is never a bad thing but same desire can tie and tangle you in its own forces which can be quite painful which we all experience in some point in our lives.  keeping desires to be driven so we can become independent,successful in 21st century while we enjoy every fruit of life under/within Almighty and makes a difference in our loved once as well as all human being where we think we can reach out somehow , someway.

By being human being in the world how can we really see someone starve? In our own way we all do something according to our limited abilities. As a Saint by default you will pray for that person and will buy them something to eat.. all of us know who has experienced that  how much happiness that one smile or bless gives you..... as we are well aware money is a basic need of life most of the temporary happiness and chaos,pain is related to that.  If you have abundance or limited you can share and enjoy human-hood. what can we really share if i don't even have $99 to buy a britto?(Nirankar Forbid) i can share that too but realistically how practical is that.. so if we bestowed by Guru and living in awareness(Almighty) we can seek,desire,manifest,share,
live and enjoy this lifetime with our Beloved Guru's grace.

Here is one scenario.. there are two folks.. first one wants to get,snatch money so he can buy gun so that he can make more money with that gun by threatening people.. you guessed the rest of the story. Another one works hard to make and he share some of it by helping homeless,starving folks,charities,etc,etc,,,,, there are countless cause to help and live.. what it boils down to is our intentions makes it or breaks it for our own self not for anybody else. story goes on and on........

It really is person's own individual choice either he/she is happy the way they are living or they would like to live it differentially and more importantly would they be happy living that way and what will bring everlasting happiness in their lives... there is no preferred or un-preferred way.. as we all are aware devotion is just a devotion... we should not be devote for worldly terms.. when we follow Guru/Almighty and purifies our selves rest goodness follows us.

Ref# Avtar Bani #289 (please read whole hymn in punjabi or hindi as well)

The one who sheds his ego and takes the shelter of the True master;
He enjoys the fullest bliss and his desires are fulfilled.

Ref# Avtar Bani #248

The one who follows the true master,never suffers from dearth of anything;
He becomes true and pure from within and without and is rendered blotless having no impurity whatsoever.

There is lot to think and ponder upon according to Avtar Bani we are still living in limitations while its aspiring to raise above limitations,boundaries.

If there is anything we can elaborate further by unicast. There are so many thoughts to share but  with these few words i beg your apologies for any unknown,inappropriate words..

Dust of your holy feet.

[Divine Souls:4064] Avtar Bani Verse 40

THOU FORMLESS ONE [40]

O' man, you may have millions of arms (to support), but even so there is no salvation;

You must keep on remembering Divine Name, repeating it, there is no other way out.

Even if there may be hundreds of ordeals obstructing your way;

Remembrance of God shall help you surmount them all in a moment.

Man suffers through hundreds of lives as animate being and keeps on going and coming again;

But the one who knows God, becomes perpetual resident of the eternal abode.

Taking bath or washing the body at places of pilgrimage does not remove the dirt from the hearts;

Avtar says, millions of sins are wiped out if one seeks the shelter of the True Master.

EK TU HI NIRANKAR [40]

Hove je lakh bahvan vala, taan vee te chutkara nahin,

Naam layi ja naam japi jaa, is bin paar utara nahin,

Sau sau mushkal bhari vee, je raah vich teri aa jaye,

Yaad hari di chin vich aa ke, beda paar laga jaye,

Sau sau juna bhugte banda, aanda janda rehnda ae,

Hari noo jeda jaan laye, auh ghar vala ho behnda ae,

[Divine Souls:4062] Digging in the Dung

Rev Saints,

Dhan Nirankar ji.

Another story from Ajahn Brahm which touched my heart.

------------

Digging in the Dungby Ajahn Brahm
When I was a schoolteacher, my attention was drawn to the student in my class of thirty who came bottom in the end-of-year exams. I could see that he was depressed as a result of his performance, so I took him aside.
I said to him: 'Someone has to come thirtieth in a class of thirty. This year, it happens to be you who has made the heroic sacrifice, so that none of your friends have to suffer the ignominy of being bottom of the class. You are so kind, so compassionate. You deserve a medal.'
We both knew that what I was saying was ridiculous, but he grinned. He didn't take it as such an end-of-the-world event any more.
He did much better the next year, when it was someone else's turn to make the heroic sacrifice.
Unpleasant things, like coming bottom of our class, happen in life. They happen to everyone. The only difference between a happy person and one who gets depressed is how they respond to disasters.
Imagine you have just had a wonderful afternoon at the beach with a friend. When you return home, you find a huge truckload of dung has been dumped right in front of your door. There are three things to know about this truckload of dung:
1. You did not order it. It's not your fault.
2. You're stuck with it. No one saw who dumped it, so you cannot call anyone to take it away.
3. It is filthy and offensive, and its stench fills your whole house. It is almost impossible to endure.
In this metaphor, the truckload of dung in front of the house stands for the traumatic experiences that are dumped on us in life. As with the truckload of dung, there are three things to know about tragedy in our life:
1. We did not order it. We say 'Why me?'
2. We're stuck with it. No one, not even our best friends, can take it away (though they may try).
3. It is so awful, such a destroyer of our happiness, and its pain fills our whole life. It is almost impossible to endure.
There are two ways of responding to being stuck with a truckload of dung. The first way is to carry the dung around with us. We put some in our pockets, some in our bags, and some up our shirts. We even put some down our pants. We find when we carry dung around, we lose a lot of friends! Even best friends don't seem to be around so often.
'Carrying around the dung' is a metaphor for sinking into depression, negativity, or anger. It is a natural and understandable response to adversity. But we lose a lot of friends, because it is also natural and understandable that our friends don't like being around us when we're so depressed. Moreover, the pile of dung gets no less, but the smell gets worse as it ripens.
Fortunately, there's a second way. When we are dumped with a truckload of dung, we heave a sigh, and then get down to work. Out come the wheelbarrow, the fork, and the spade. We fork the dung into the barrow, wheel it around the back of the house, and dig it into the garden. This is tiring and difficult work, but we know there's no other option. Sometimes, all we can manage is half a barrow a day. We're doing something about the problem, rather than complaining our way into depression. Day after day we dig in the dung. Day after day, the pile gets smaller. Sometimes it takes several years, but the morning does come when we see that the dung in front of our house is all gone. Furthermore, a miracle has happened in another part of our house. The flowers in our garden are bursting out in a richness of colour all over the place. Their fragrance wafts down the street so that the neighbours, and even passers-by, smile in delight. Then the fruit tree in the
corner is nearly falling over, it's so heavy with fruit. And the fruit is so sweet; you can't buy anything like it. There's so much of it that we are able to share it with our neighbours. Even passers-by get a delicious taste of the miracle fruit.
'Digging in the dung' is a metaphor for welcoming the tragedies as fertilizer for life. It is work that we have to do alone: no one can help us here. But by digging it into the garden of our heart, day by day, the pile of pain gets less. It may take us several years, but the morning does come when we see no more pain in our life and, in our heart, a miracle has happened. Flowers of kindness are bursting out all over the place, and the fragrance of love wafts way down our street, to our neighbours, to our relations, and even to passers-by. Then our wisdom tree in the corner is bending down to us, loaded with sweet insights into the nature of life. We share those delicious fruits freely, even with the passers-by, without ever planning to.
When we have known tragic pain, learnt its lesson, and grown our garden, then we can put our arms around another in deep tragedy and say, softly, 'I know.' They realize we do understand. Compassion begins. We show them the wheelbarrow, the fork, and the spade, and boundless encouragement. If we haven't grown our own garden yet, this can't be done.

[Divine Souls:4061] Story of 998 Bricks

Rev Saints,

Dhan Nirankar ji.

Repeating here a story which I listened to recently.

--------

The Story of 998 Bricks, by Ajahn Brahm (Ajahn Brahm is a Buddhist Monk in Perth, Australia.)

After about eight years practicing in the forests of Thailand, his teacher Ajahn Chah sent him to start a monastery in Australia. Since hired workers were very expensive there, the monks themselves had to learn to lay bricks.

Ajahn Brahm's Cambridge education had taught him no such skills! Nevertheless he took to the task with great enthusiasm. He decided he would approach the task of laying bricks as though it was a meditation. So with great diligence and care, Ajahn Brahm set each and every brick.

Ask any brick layer, this is not as easy as it seems! The ability to evenly balance bricks in mortar takes slow and careful labor. After several days of careful work, Ajahn Brahm stood back to admire his work. He was horrified: there were two crooked bricks!

"How can I ever be enlightened if I can't even make a simple wall properly?" he thought. So he pleaded with the Abbot, could he break the wall and start again? Could he atleast grind the bricks so they look even with the others? He was denied permission and told that the wall was good enough. There were other important projects to work on.

However "good enough" wasn't what Ajahn Brahm wanted. For several months whenever he passed the wall he inwardly berated his poor workmanship. It reminded him of all his previous failures and all the imperfections in his life.

Then one day, a visitor came and Ajahn was asked to show him around the monastery. Usually, out of embarassment Ajahn Brahm avoided taking people past the wall he had built. Some how on this day they happened to walk past that wall. As they were walking the visitor sponatneously remarked "Thats a fine wall. Did you make it?"

Ajahn Brahm was stunned. "Sir, have you left your glasses at home? Can't you see those two crooked bricks?" he asked.

"Yes I can," smiled the visitor, "but I can also see the 998 good ones."

This simple statement changed Ajahn Brahm's life. He realized that his whole life he had been focusing on what was WRONG, what was MISSING, what was IMPERFECT in his life. Nothing he did was ever good enough! In his anxiety about the two bad bricks, he had failed to notice the 998 good bricks that he had set perfectly despite having no prior experience in brick work!
His whole outlook changed from blaming and complaining to one of acceptance and gratitude.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
How many times in life do we see only the bad bricks, the flaws in ourselves and our life? Doesn't everyone have something in their life that is a little "crooked"? If we continously focus only on whats WRONG in our life thats all we'll see and we are sure to suffer. Is it possible that there are also 998 good bricks, or blessings in our life? Is it possible that 99.8% of our life is already blessed and the remaining 0.2% is essential to help us grow?
Contrary to what our education system teaches us, in life, whoever makes the most mistakes wins! It is usually the people who make the most mistakes and learn from them who are the most successful and wise, not those who never ventured forth for fear of failure.
Condemning ourselves for our mistakes leads to guilt and guilt eventually leads to self condemnation.
[Divine Souls:4060] Re: "Nirankari" and "Non-Nirankari"
Dear Saints.
Dhan Nirankar Ji.
Each of you great saints have enlightened us on this much discussed,
and significant, topic. There is always so much that I have learnt
with each of your inputs.
I wish to share with you some of the thoughts that came whilst I was
pondering over this topic.
A few weeks back my mother was sitting with me and encouraging me to
read more of the literature produced by our Mission as that would
broaden my outlook and strenghten my faith. As she was enlightening
me, she shared with me something that Babaji had once shared. Babaji
said, we often refer ourselves as "Nirankaris" and often question to
others 'Are you "Nirankari", or 'Is he/she a "Nirankari" when we want
to know whether he/she is part of the mission or not. By doing so we
are portraying "Nirankari" as a different sect, caste or creed. This
is not what the Mission wants to accomplish. So a next time when one
wishes to find out the same, you can ask "Are you Gyaanwan (attained
God Knowledge)?" or Is he/she Gyaanwan?
These words moved my soul and I realised that knowingly or unknowingly
I was portraying an incorrect picture of the Mission and it's Purpose.
The Purpose instead is that we want the entire world, belonging to
seemingly different sects, religion, creed, etc to be enlightened with
God Knowledge and thus be united with the Almighty and his creation to
promote Universal Brotherhood.
Hence, from that day whenever I even vaguely go back to refering
"Nirankari" I remember what my mother shared with me. It also reminds
that "Nirankari" is not a tag or a label we acquire once we attain God
Knowledge, because just as Saint Aman Ji and Vishal Ji shared that
Nirankari is one who is just like Nirankar. Nirankari is an attribute,
a quality that one embibes; the attributes and qualities that of
Nirankar himself. Only if our every breath, thought, word and action
is a reflection of the Attributes and Qualities of Nirankar himself,
it is then we are NIRANKARI or else we are only Gyaanwan and have to
work up our way towards being Nirankari.
Please bless me saints that I, through my words, thoughts and actions,
am truly Nirankari.
Thank you Ji.
Dhan Nirankar Ji.
[Divine Souls:4057] NICE STORIES
Three nice stories:
1.Once, all villagers decided to pray for rain, on the day of prayer all
people gathered and only one boy came with an umbrella. THAT IS FAITH
2.Example of the feeling of a one year old baby. When you throw him in
the air, he laughs because he knows you will catch him. THAT IS TRUST
3. Every night we go to bed we have no assurance to wake up alive the next
morning but still we have plans for tomorrow....THATS HOPE
WE SHOULD HAVE FAITH AND TRUST ON SATGURU AND NIRANKAR.... HOPE WHATEVER
WILL HAPPEN WILL BE BEST FOR US.....
[Divine Souls:4059] "Nirankari" and "Non-Nirankari"
Dear Saints,
Please accept our Dhan Nirankar at your holy feet.
This is an interesting topic and I agree with Ms. Kajal Khurana's views. She
has explained it very well.
When we are desperately looking for a job we are really worried when we do
not have a job in hand. But when we are selected for the job from so many
applicants, we gradually take it easy and diversify our time in other
activities which affects the job we are hired for. We get the salary but are
not giving our entire time as promised to the company when we joined.
When you work very hard and pass the driving test and receive a driving
license do you stop driving?
Similarly a human being desperately wants to visualize God. When he gets the
divine knowledge with the Grace of His Holiness Baba Ji, he wants to be
blessed regularly (just like receiving salary) but is not willing to
continue his promise of 'SEWA' 'SATSANG" & 'SIMIRAN" which is the minimum he
should do after receiving the divine knowledge. In addition if someone after
receiving the divine knowledge keeps constantly cheating his acquaintances
then how can his conscience be clean and pure?
Now you got be honest to yourself in which category you belong and how you
wish to change so you can be worthy of being blessed by His Holiness Baba
Ji. It's all in your hands. You can only cheat yourself and not anyone else.
Loves and blessings
[Divine Souls:4056] What is Team Work
It was a sports stadium.
Eight Children were standing on the track to participate in a running event.
* Ready! * Steady! * Bang  !!!
With the sound of Toy pistol,
All eight girls started running.
Hardly had they covered ten to fifteen steps,
when one of the smaller girls slipped and fell down,
Due to bruises and pain she started crying.
When the other seven girls heard the little girl cry they
stopped running, stood for a while and turned back.
Seeing the girl on the track they all ran to help.
One among them bent down, picked her up and kissed her gently
And enquired as to how she was.
They then lifted the fallen girl pacifying her.
Two of them held her firmly while all seven joined
hands together and walked together towards the winning post...
There was pin drop silence at the spectator's stand.
Officials were shocked.
Slow claps multiplied to thousands as the spectators stood up in appreciation.
Many eyes were filled with tears
YES. This happened in Hyderabad [INDIA],  recently!
The sport was conducted by
National Institute of Mental Health.
All these special girls had come to participate in this event
They were spastic children.
Yes, they were Mentally Challenged.
What did they teach the WORLD?
Teamwork?
Humanity?
Equality among all??
We can't do this ever because we have brains!
This is really a great message... Spread it!
[Divine Souls:4055] Avtar Bani Verse 39
THOU FORMLESS ONE [39]
Even a sovereign of the world faces sorrow, suffers pain;
But the one who knows the omnipresent God, is always happy.
Millions and millions of bondage's consume the whole life;
But if one remembers the Divine Name given by the True Master, one gets liberated of all these bondage's.
The luxury and glamour of this world does not satiate one's thirst;
But if one remembers God, there remains no thirst, no craving.
O' man, on the path of death that you shall have to tread at last all alone;
If the Formless God is with you, you shall not be worried at all.
The Formless God is coolness all, keep your heart filled with it;
Avtar says, O' man, rely on the world of the True Master and dwell in your eternal abode.
EK TU HI NIRANKAR [39]
Bhaven jag da raja hove, dukh panda dukh sahenda ae,
Rame ram noo janan vala, hardam sach vich rehnda ae,
Lakhan atey croran bandhan, jeevan noo chat jande ne,
Naam guru da jekar layiye, saare hi kat jande ne,
Is duniya di rang birangi, aish bujhandi pyaas nahin,
Naam hari da jekar layiye, rehandi pyaas traas nahin,
Jis raste te aakhar noo tu, bilkul kalla jayenga,
Nirankar je saathi hove, hargiz na ghabrayenga,
Nirankar eh thand neeri ae, dil vich khoob vasayi jaa,
The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, not to worry about future or not to anticipate troubles but to live the present moment wisely and earnestly.
[Divine Souls:4051] Fw: Movin Rocks!
Dear All,
Just wanted to share this great story which Brother Gurdip Roopra ji shared with everybody in Universal_brotherhood  group. I am sure you all will like it as much as I did and share it with all.
Please bless me so that I can also remember my Almighty Father always and enjoy the essence of this story all my life.
Dnk G,
Karan
From: Brother Gurdip Roopra
Dnj Saints
A little boy was spending his Saturday morning playing in his sandbox. He had with him his box of cars and trucks, his plastic pail, and a shiny, red plastic shovel. In the process of creating roads and tunnels in the soft sand, he discovered a large rock in the middle of the sandbox.
The boy dug around the rock, managing to dislodge it from the dirt. With a little bit of struggle, he pushed and nudged the rock across the sandbox by using his feet. (He was a very small boy, and the rock was very large.) When the boy got the rock to the edge of the sandbox however, he found that he couldn't roll it up and over the little wall.
Determined, the little boy shoved, pushed, and pried, but every time he thought he had made some progress, the rock tipped and then fell back into the sandbox. The little boy grunted, struggled, pushed, & shoved; but his only reward was to have the rock roll back, smashing his chubby fingers.
Finally he burst into tears of frustration. All this time the boy's father watched from his living room window as the drama unfolded. At the moment the tears fell, a large shadow fell across the boy and the sandbox. It was the boy's father. Gently but firmly he said,
"Son, why didn't you use all the strength that you had available?"
Defeated, the boy sobbed back,
"But I did, Daddy, I did! I used all the strength that I had!"
"No, son," corrected the father kindly.
"You didn't use all the strength you had. You didn't ask me."
With that the father reached down, picked up the rock and removed it from the sandbox.
Do you have "rocks" in your life that need to be removed? Are you discovering that you don't have what it takes to lift them? There is One who is always available to us and willing to give us the strength we need. Isn't it funny how we try so hard to do things ourselves. Nirankar is our strength and can move all lifes obstacles and rocks, all we have to do is remember him always, u either totally surrender to him, or u keep trying to fight yourself. The only way to remove the rocks from our lives is to remember him always.
Please bless me i can remember him always in my life
Dust of your feet
Gurdip
[Divine Souls:4050] Re: "Nirankari" and "Non-Nirankari"
Dear Saints,
Dhan Nirankar Ji,
Nirankari – Non Nirankari:
We had the exact same topic in our Thursaday night sangat in Dubai (Thursday night sangat is based on topics given by saints)
So lot of saints shared their personal views/opinion which I would like to share with all of you here.
One of the saint said: We are nirankari only when we are doing simran, meeting saints, doing satsang, rest of the time we are busy doing our worldly duties (sansari) but if we keep nirankar in mind 24/7 then we are nirankari 24/7 if not then we are both nirankari as well as sansari and we act according to our situation.
Another saint said once we get the brahm gyan we become nirankari and also the same lines of avtar bani were repated.
I would like to aske what is the true definition of being a Nirankari??
Yes! Its true that we have been bestowed with the divine knowledge and we have seen the formless nirankar (God)
Nirankar means: one which is formless, air cannot blow it, water cannot wet it, fire cannot burn it, which cannot be seen without the blessings of TRUE MASTER.
So, as one of the saints said that when we add our I to Nirankar, we become NirankarI. We are form of this almighty nirankar but again in our day to day activities are we being Godly/Saintly?? Are people around us wanting to know why we are different from others? What is it that keeps us happy 24/7? Who we are?
Its true that after getting the divine knowledge we have all become Nirankari but is there a stamp put on forehead…no! Only by accepting this divine knowledge and following the preachings of mission 24/7 we will be come a true Nirankari. Our deeds will prove it to the world that these people have got the divine knowledge are in true sense GODLY.
Lastly I would say that the whole world is in this Nirankar and is the creation of Nirankar and we inspite of taking divine knowledge (gyan) still live in Sansar (society) and we are all sansari too because I is again attached to this sansar (grahst main rehna hain).
Please forgive me if I have said anything wrong or hurt anyone's feelings and bless me for future to not to repeat the mistakes.
Loving Dhan Nirankar Ji,
Kaajal Khurana
--- On Sat, 25/7/09,
Dhan Nirankar Ji.
Das was having a small discussion with wife on: "What is difference
between a Nirankari and a Non-Nirankari?"
Das would like to share this with everyone.
"Nirankari" - means one believes or is a part of the nirankar. So
according to this definition everyone in this world are nirankari
because in some way or the other every one believes in formless GOD.
It is said:
"JIDHAR DEKHTA HOON TU HI TU HAIN, KI HAR SHAI MEIN TERA JALWA HU BA
HU HAIN"
When we have understood this then no one in this world should ever be
referred to as "Non-Nirankari".
Das thinks that its a wrong perception that those who are not attached
with the nirankari mission are "Non-Nirankari". Das thinks we shoud
say: "Hum nirankari mission se jude hue hain." and not that "Hum
nirankari hain" because this means that everyone else are "Non-
Nirankari".
Das would like you bhramagyani mahapurho to enlighten me in this
regards.
Please forgive me because das is a child and still trying to learn by
getting answers to questions that come up in mind.
Dust of thy lotus feet
Das
Deepak
[Divine Souls:4049] Re: "Nirankari" and "Non-Nirankari"
Dear Saints,
Reply from Sunita Ji
-------------
Rev Saints,
Dhan Nirankar,
The question raised is really deep and for the understanding of we
devotees of the Mission. All that said is right, quotes from
Avtarvani make our faith strong. But as on today Baba ji want
something more from us. All who are enlightened with this God
Knowledge and blessed from HH show learn to see the Nirankar in every
human being he / she comes across. Feeling should prevail in our
hearts that every other human being we come across drop from the ocean
of Love / Nirankar. Then question arises then should be greet and
meet the person the way we meet fellow devotees. For that there is
are few lines which were quoted once by Kirpa Sagar ji " The way
Murtikar makes may idols from the same rock, But we worship those who
are installed in temples and not those which are still on sale"
[Divine Souls:4047] Modification to Divine Souls Blog
Rev Saints,
Dhan Nirankar ji.
As you are all aware Divine Souls postings are available on a blog.
The address is
http://divineexpressionblog.blogspot.com
Another functionality has been added to this blog. I have added a
bookmarks and share tab from addthis.com to this blog. Using this tab
we can increase the reach of this blog to a far wider audience by
referencing the posts to a wide social media content like facebook,
myspace, twitter, tumblr, stumbleupon, etc.
As you have guessed having the postings on a blog provide us a non-
intrusive platform for promoting the message of His Holiness. Our
friends, colleagues, classmates, customers can now be referred to this
website to check for spiritual posts without encumbering them to
subscribe to the group.
Please do visit the blog often and encourage its used among your
friends and acquaintances.
Dust of your holy feet,
Ashish Ganda
[Divine Souls:4045] Re: "Nirankari" and "Non-Nirankari"
Dear Saints,
Please find reply from Nisha Ji.
--------------
Dear Saints,
Dhan Nirankar Ji.
In the last two lines of verse 311 of the Avtar Bani, it states:
Pura satgur jag te lokon, naam da hi vapari eh.
Naam ehda nirankar hai, jo vi jaan lave nirankari eh.
It's translation in English is:
O' people, the perfect True
Master in this world is the trader of the Divine Name,
Nirankar is His Name and the one who knows Him is Nirankari.
Based on these lines, my understanding is that a Nirankari is not
merely
someone who is part of the Nirankari
Mission. Nirankari is not someone who just believes in
God, but the one who has been enlightened with the knowledge of God
and who
leads his/her life out of being with God, Nirankar.
Seeking blessings,
Nisha Kalwani
[Divine Souls:4044] Satguru's Vichar (Guruvachanamrit) yesterday at Panipat- 24.7.09
  Day & Date: Friday, July 24, 2009
Venue: Panipat (Haryana)
Before the samagam, Baba Ji mentioned about Panipat’s new satsang Bhawan which was inaugurated same evening. While addressing the congregation, His Holiness Satguru Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj said:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Today, here in Panipat all of you are attaining the bliss by attending this samagam. Devotees & saints have always gave this message & reminded us to realize the importance of this life. This life is very precious so one has to make full use of it. But it depends on individual to individual. The one who does not pay attention to this message will not be able to achieve the goal of life, cannot attain bliss & live this life in hatred, jealousy. While living, we have to realize our real abode. (Agyani ka lok bhi gaya or parlok bhi gaya)
Saints are full of enlightenment that’s why they are symbols of light. Similarly, an ignorant person symbolizes darkness. Devotees are symbols of sunlight & flowers. Since time immemorial, these comparisons co-exist. We see darkness on that portion of earth where rays of sun don’t reach. Hot-cold, fire-water, kans, rawan, duryodhan, hirnkashyap & saints also co-existed in every age. It depends upon on individual from whom he takes the inspiration. He adopts the saintly path or sinful path. Among all species, humans are blessed with the power of thinking, wisdom & intellect. But surprisingly, it is painful to see that by getting this human form also man’s actions are like devils. Will-power or bravery also has different meanings. Somebody has to be really gutsy to do a robbery or murder. On the other hand, if somebody has jumped in the river to save the life of a stranger i.e. also bravery. But finally we have to think which one is greater.
Saints give clarion call & try to awaken mankind- what are you gathering. You will be ashamed here (Lok) & there (parlok) also. Beware of being lost, leave the path of cruelty & follow the path of humanity. Be away from hatred & don’t hurt others.
“Kalya naal bigadey, Dholya Naal Swaar”
Oh Man you wasted so many years of your life in ignorance (Color of hairs is also changed from black to white). Still in slumber, ignorance & your feelings have not changed. You can’t change your past, your last day or last year. That is gone. But you have present in your hands, so be careful & tread the saintly path. Its time now. (Ab tau sambhal jao). Otherwise, when you will die, your body will be buried or burnt in fire. What will happen to your soul. That’s why saints said: “Dholya naal swaar. (even if you are in old age now, you should realize God). Before you die, you have to awaken. So much relaxation is given that even if you were not able to realize truth(god) through-out your life & now you are in old age but still you have given this chance of god realization. No condition is imposed that you have to realize God when your hair was black. (Abhi bhi sambhal jao, abhi bhi hatho mein kuch hai). Still you can invest these precious breaths. Like a youngster, who loses all his wealth in gamble, drugs or worldly pleasures. Here, it is said still you have time & now should invest properly and give you soul its real home (parmatma).  This is warning that now you should link your-self with truth. Realise, what is most precious ! Know what is most important sansaar or Nirankar. Realize: the importance of your each breath & which path is good. Otherwise, later on you will be ashamed.
Samjha Sohi Janiye, Jaake Hridya Vivek”
Therefore, this mesaage is repeated here. There is no change in the message- it’s the same message which was given in Satyug (golden-age), Treta (bronze-age), Dwapar (silver age) & now in Kalyug (Iron age). In that age & this age also, the importance of sun, water & air is same. Oxyzen has the same importance then & now. Therefore, importance does not changes with time.
Today Love also has the same importance. Imagine, if there is no sunrise for 1-2 months – what will happen. It has been observed in some countries that most cases of depression are found at such places where there is no sunshine. So, we can understand without sunshine what can happen. Therefore, importance of love is always same. It is ignorance if somebody says: it’s Kalyug, so I will not love anybody.
“prem ki ganga bahate chalo”
“Jis ghat prem na sanchay, so ghat jaan massan”
‘Loving is living’.
Mritak kahiye Nanka, Je Preet nahi bhagwant.
It is due to lack of love there are differences, regionalism, violence etc.
Jin prem kiyo, Tin hi Prabh Paayo.
Prem se pargat hoyi main jaana.
Jeene ko jiye teri duniya mein, ulfat or Mohabbat samjhe Nahi
It is prayed here that may all humans realize god almighty, arise & awake & may all tread the path of love.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Das, Vishal
