There is only one entity....God and nothing else exists!
When we look with our worldly eyes we see creation, however Creator is in his creation, as butter is in milk... We simply need the understanding.
We need to see the butter and then we can seek its origin... Today the perfect human in being is Baba ji and his actions force us to ask his origin... We realise then that he is God and no one else.
A philospophers stone turns metal to gold, here he turns us into Human beings and God like.
In the Avtaar Bani it says:
Kay Avtar Guru he Rub hai isme koi puleka nai
The sangat teaches us that there is always a true master in the world through which God speaks, is manifest and who can reveal God to us....
Your question is why the two forms....
Firstly there is only God and all forms are his there is therefore more than two, we too are his form as is all we see and don't see
Secondly I once heard the example that a King looked out of his window and saw a bird shivering in the cold, each time he opened the window to invite the Bird in from the cold, the bird would fly away in fright... The King asked God... God make me a bird so I can speak in its language and it can understand me...
If God spoke from the heavens we'd probably be terrified... God comes in Human form to explain to us in a language we understand.
As is written in Geeta when man forgets its purpose, when we are in darkness and ignorence of Mya then I will come on this earth.
In the Bible we see in parables that we are the lost sheep and a sheppard is needed to help us see our way.
Only God knows his game and how to play it, some will never know, I'm just glad he has made himself known to us... Allowing us to enjoy the game of life and his benevolence.
I'm sure many learned saints will explain this far better... But here were a few thoughts...
