I would recommend you to get a copy of Purifying Experiences by Prof. Joginder S.Puri (Darjii) page 122 chapter (Simran: Correction by the BABA). i would like to briefly explain it. where Puri Sahib was on tour with Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji, Group of 13 young boys and girls who was studying theology wanted to get supreme knowledge after hearing about Holiness.
Puri Sahib has given them a Gyan.
Holiness asked Puri Sahib. What Simran do you give them?
He said "One thou formless God, I surrender to thee, Kindly forgive me"
Holiness asked Puri Sahib , why didn't you use the word "Nirankar"?
Puri Sahib has replied they won't understand it.
Baba ji said to him " You have not conveyed the Gian exactly as it should be, This word "Nirankar" is essential and so is the rest of Simran"
Puri Sahib have gone back to them and explained it again. They have done Simran together the way its.
When Puri Sahib came back to Baba Ji asked "How do they feel Puri Sahib"?
Puri Sahib said it was wonderful this had a miraculous, a magical effect on them.
my limited understanding of this is.
It was divine order of that time and it still is. Let's see what Baba Hardev Singh Ji unfolds if it needed.
