Corroborating with Rev. Brij Ji, even in the Sampuran Avtar Bani it is written:
Teri Kimat Sache Sahiba, Korn Pala Koye Kai Sak Da
Lakha Lukman Aristu Hor Ve, Peit Na Tera La Sak Da
Which means that who can really describe your magnificence. Thousands have not been able to capture your benevolence. Even one of the greatest physician's Dr Lukeman and one of the greatest philosopher's Aristotle were unable to unravel your true worth.
I agree that it is good to ask questions to improve ones knowledge but Baba Ji once said in his discourse that sometimes we spend so long asking questions that we shouldn't focus on, that we miss the whole point of our existence.
Baba Ji went on to give the example of rebirths or cycles of births and deaths. Some people may argue about the no. of lives we need to go through to obtain human form. People could argue over such a question for days but in doing so they loose the whole essence of realising that this human birth is the most precious of all births and that there is a purpose to this human life and a way to end the process of rebirths. Saints, I also had the opportunity to spend a few hours learning from a sister who was travelling back to Canada after spending a week in Egypt.
During her visit she explained that a lot of Egyptian history was based on the preservation of life after death. i.e. that they must mummify themselves for an after-life or rebirth but that they spent so much time preparing for the after-life that the precious life that they were living slipped away from them.
The time we have now is to realise why we were born, how we must live, where should we see God and when our time comes, where should our final destination be.
