Life offers us numerous opportunities for feeling undervalued, mistreated or rejected. It’s painful, of course, but why dwell on it and mope for hours on end? Stop feeling sorry for yourself, and start reflecting a little. Say, ‘There are people who have given me a hard time, but there are plenty of others who love me, I have a family, friends…’ Even supposing we didn’t have any, tell yourself the Nirankar loves me, saints love me. And then, while you are thinking of your friends, of the divine world and the Lord Satguru who created so many marvelous, beautiful things, from which we benefit every moment of our life. You will forget the wrong done to you, until one day you will no longer even be aware of it.
You must see all the hurtful words and attitudes of others as opportunities to work on yourself. You cannot stop them from saying or doing things that upset you, but you have the means to protect yourself."
At last he said Never cry for any relation because for the one whom you cry does not deserve your tears and the one who deserves will never let you cry….
