Humbly, I am sharing below the learning from Baba ji's vichars and Saadh Sangat:
If we look at ice and water, and a big ice berg floating in sea.
Now when we look at the tatva (substance), they are same. And when we look at the shape, they are different.
The creation and creator are as same as ice and water. The creation and creator are as different as ice and water.
The pinnacle of God realization is that they are as same as ice and water but pragmatic perspective is that they are as different as ice and water because where ice is required, simple water does not serve the purpose and where water is required, ice does not serve the purpose.
For example, for washing the clothes and drinking, ice will not serve the purpose.
Similarly the differentiation is necessary in respect of the usage, and spirituality is nothing but a way to differentiate as to what is to be used and what is to be worshipped.
Baba Gurbachan Singh ji also mentioned that Spirituality is the foundation on which Science may erect a glorious building.
