Aman Ji, It is not necessary that all my sufferings in this life are result of my actions from this life only. A soul goes through a cycle of 84 lakh births, all the actions, good or bad, will have a reaction on my lives. A birth in human form gives my soul the best opportunity to settle my debt of sufferings and attain salvation. The only reason that human life is considered to be the most important part of soul's journey through various births and re-births. If i do not understand the importance of human life and do not avail the opportunity to attain salvation in this life, i go back into the circle of re-births. The next birth could be of an animal or an insect or any other species. The fate of every birth is death, so it really does not matter in which form i am born, i will die one day. The only difference of being born as human is that i can reach the goal of my soul by attaining salvation through god realization. The human life is important because i have control over my actions, i can perform actions which can lead me to salvation. This is by far the biggest difference of human form than any other form. I may be born with my load of sufferings from my previous lives but if my actions in this human life are good, they can change my fate and ultimately lead to salvation. The human life is also known as "karam yuni", meaning my actions can change my fate. It is imperative that as a human i make full use of this opportunity, perform good deeds/actions, realize god and attain salvation.
