Let me phrase the question once again.
Q. How did Satguru Baba Hardev Singh Ji become so spiritually endowed overnight so as to become the spiritual master of the Sant Nirankari Mission. (Source: Spiritual Awakening- Author J.D. Sharma- Published by Sant Nirankari Mandal)
Divinity is all about the supreme power – the Formless One. Just like the power of a union is vested in central government is transferred to the next government, (Bush to Obama) the power of the formless one too does not take time to transfer. A spiritual master is not elected the way leaders are. His election or selection is of divine origin. Baba Gurbachan Singh ji had himself verified that your next master would be Baba Hardev Singh Ji. Also, we are more concerned about knowing how he become the True master (Satguru). The actual curiosity should be how do I know whether he is a True Master. And the only touch stone to that is that the True master bestows the seeker with the “Divine-eye” which instantly reveals his imperishable consciousness pervading the whole universe. Actually , this question can be best answered if one has realized the omnipresence of the almighty from the Lord master.
This is the opportune moment for me to share with you an interesting incident. long time back, an under-secretary in Govt of India at Naraina,
The only and the satisfactory answer to this question is the ‘God realization” yet I tried my best to the answer to that gentleman. I replied to him: “See, I have been invited to your house for a tea party. The party is good & the tea is tasty. I can say this because I have seen the party and tasted the tea. If I ask you that from where did you get the milk from this tea and from where did you get the tealeaves, it would be funny and even irritating. If the tea is tasty it can be known by taking a sip. My job is to relish the tea & thank you for it & push off. But if I ask without even taking a sip that how tasty is the tea, you would simply ask me to have a sip. Similarly, when I ask you to realize the almighty with the blessings of True master & you say that how did Baba Ji get this gyan or how will it change my life, the only answer to this is to take a sip of this divine-nectar. The constitution of the tea & its effect on you will be known to you”
So the answer is simple but we complicate situations by questioning or imagining too much. The approach should be to try it out. Just like we go to a shop to buy some clothes, we try out the clothes to check if what the company claims is right or not.

To quote from Holy Quran: Mohammad has given detailed reference of all the earlier prophets & spoke in the Holy Quran about his relation with them. About twenty-eight prophets have been mentioned by him. Out of them four are from Arabian, eighteen are from the old testament, and three are from the New Testament. The undererlying is to confirm purpose of to refer to them is to confirm the fact of the same revelation same of one God (allah) by all the prophets in different ages. At the same time, he castigated all those people who dis-believed the prophets whenever they manifested on earth & revealed the truth. He epitomized the irony faced by all the prophets when he said:
“And verily we gave unto Moses the scripture
And we caused a train of messangers
To follow after him, and we gave
Jesus, son of Mary,
clear proofs (of allah’s sovereignty)
and we supported him with holy spirit.
It is ever so, that, when there come
Unto you a messenger (from Allah)
With that which ye yourselves desire
Not ye grow arrogant, and some ye
Dis-believe and some ye slay?”- Al Bakra 2-87 (The Holy Koran)

today i was discussing with my culige on the topic of Satguru.
She asked me that..
In every Yug satguru have taken only one Body as Ram,
then why your Satguru have taken many Body as baba Buta singh, Avtar singh g, guruvachan sigh g and now baba Hardec singh ji....
and the last three were from the same family...
wat was this reason?????
