Re: [Divine Souls:4771] a question

Dhan Nirankar Ji,

There is not much difference, the person who's face is towards the guru (master) is a gurumukh and the person who follows the preaching's of his guru (master) is a gurusikh but they both are interlinked one cannot be a gurusikh unless he is a gurumukh.

Like the avtar bani says:

Gurusikh guru di akh na wekhe, guru de kan nal sunda hai

Gurusikh gyan sarover wicho here moti chunda hai

When in doubt a gurusikh (devotee) will look into things from the point of view of his guru's preaching's and this way a devotee can never go wrong in his thinking as well as his dealings.

It is easier to become a gurumukh but not to become a gurusikh (devotee). Unless one doesn't follows love, compassion, equality towards all living beings and oneness he/she cannot become a gurusikh.

A teacher would address all the students in his class as students (treat eauqally) and would not discriminate between who follows his teachings and who doesn't..or someone who comes first in the class or 10th, his responsibility is to teach everyone equally...  similarly when we follow Nirankari Mission we have all become gurumukh and Satguru Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj (true master) has made us all gurusikh (his devotee's) but doesn't mean that we all are following his preaching's and are a true gurusikh. You all are but not me yet!!

To become a true gurusikh (devotee) we need to practice GURUSKHI everyday and that will only happen when we will analyse ourselves everyday and correct ourselves on a daily basis (which is difficult to do).

It is easy for us to maintain our business and do stock taking from time to time or do appraisals in our jobs but difficult to do self check on the path of spirituality, follow the preaching's, love & treat everyone equally. Easier said than done!

Please bless me and let's pray at the feet of HH to bless us all to follow him the way he expects us to and make him feel proud of his gurusikh's.

Seek forgiveness for any hurtful words or meanings mentioned above.

Loving dhan nirankar ji,

Kaajal Khurana
