One of the best practical way is to learn how to control the mind, the mind is always thinking of either the past or the future the mind is rarely thinking of present "the Now"

Please remember that the present the now is most important what ever you do at present will determine your future

So the key is to learn the technique of controlling the mind so that it stops thinking of past and future most of the times and it thinks of the present the Now. Once we all are able to do this practically then we can actually see this Nirankar, the god then only we can appreciate and enjoy the bliss of this Nirankar and its wonderful creations

Yes when ever we are working we definitely require our mind to think of past and also think of future, however we should learn the art of controlling our mind so that we know when to start and where to stop

Das is attaching a small book please go through the same and try to use the technique. Babaji also says the same thing if we win the control of our mind than this becomes a starting step to become a true Gursikh
