Blessing a congregation on February, 02, 2010, at Shalini play ground in Jaya Nagar at Bengluru, the capital of Karnataka, His Holiness Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj stated:
"The blissful words of saints are giving bliss to all. The feeling of devotion has always been considered a lofty feeling. Otherwise in the world, we find a prevalence of negative feelings; instead of humanity, the path of inhumanity is tread; humility is looked upon as a sign of weakness; much jubilation is felt by uprooting others! But saints sincerely and faithfully tread the path of Truth and give significance to the feeling of love and brotherhood. We should follow the path of Truth as shown by saints.
The uplifting words of saints inspire man to move in the direction wherein lies his happiness herein as well as hereafter. It is man himself who has to choose which direction he wants to follow. Every man chooses what he wants to choose. Today we find an abundance of T.V. Channels which are broadcast through different satellites; different members even within one family choose different channels which they want to see and hear; similarly every man chooses what he wants to eat and wear; in the same manner man has to also choose if he wants to adopt saintly or evil tendencies. It is only when man attains the right wisdom that he can choose rightly. Sometimes it also happens that we find the company of saints by chance instead of deliberately and yet gain tremendously from them when they show us the true direction!
Vedas sand Shastras inspire man to know the Supreme Lord who pervades every particle. Only when Meera Bai made the Attainment through the company of Ravidas Ji that she declared that it can be Attained. Its knowledge has been called 'Worth Knowing'; it does not get destroyed; it is neither born nor dies; it is Indestructible Supreme Power; in the company of God-realized, it can be Known. Man has to realize God to know his True identity. Man comes to know his face and form when he sees his reflection in the mirror. It was after God-realization that Kabir Ji and Bullehshah Ji declared that it can be Known. Whenever this revolution of God-realization comes to happen in someone's life, he gets freedom from the cycle of life and death. So far many revolutions i.e. industrial revolution, green revolution etc. have happened in the world. Indeed such revolutions help the world to progress. Yet the biggest revolution is still the one wherein man's life gets illumined; such a one lives an illumined life while seeing the presence of One Supreme Lord in every form."
