it all will of nirankar but that not means that we are not able to do anything . we do all actions with body,senses and mind.but our identity is a pure soul.we use all things which was given to us by God.we are karta but ultimately karta is nirankar because all things are provided by him.but he never interfere in our decision of using the things which are provided by him.
agar aaj kisi ke dil mein yhe thought aaya hai to yhe bhi nirankar ke wish hai,aaj hum yhe discuss kar rahi hai yhe bhe nirankar ka plan hai.per yhe hamari likes or dislike pe depend karta hai hum kitna es ko samajte hai.
agar koi Gyan le ke nahi samajta or may be we can say koi rare he samajta hai baki sab to apne demands or wishes ko nirankar se pura karna chahte hai (all materialistic things) agar koi samaj jata hai to yhe us ke duty hai ke who co passange souls ko yhe (nirankar) samajne mein help kare.

I can not even make my own heart skip a beat, no matter how hard I try. There is a story, that a gursikh heard the noise and woke up to find the master looking for him. He asked the reason and the master replied that it is already late and that the gursikh has not gone to fetch water from the river. The gursikh immidiately got ready and left. The moment he got back from the river, the master stoped him and said that he did not realize that it was still night and told him to go to the river. The gursikh replies that for him the day is a day when the masters says so, the night is a night when master says so. A gursikh follows the words of his master, not the sun and the moon. His Holiness Baba Hardev Singh Ji, on the occasion of new year, gave all of us this resolution to re-connect the souls that have been dis-integrated from the sadh-sangat for reasons immaterial. This is the word of my true master, my only duty is to follow it word by word. I am in no position to question/interpret/understand the reasons. I just have to follow them. Prof. Puri (Daar Ji) used to say that, never ever make an effort to understand His will, there is no way I will be able to do it. I do not have any intellect to even come remotely close to understanding Him. Rev. Vivek Shauq Ji in one of his vichaars said that, "humein kya lena dena", referring to Nirankar's will. The only purpose as a gursikh I have is to follow His words and teachings. Leave the rest to Him, I am sure He has a plan for everything!
