[Divine Souls:4681] Will of Nirankar

As per my question regarding will of Nirankar, Rev. Sunil Sharma ji from melbourne has sent me this attachment "Freedom of Karma" which has been taken from Gurudev Hardev part one.

As it is said that whatever happens its always according to will of Nirankar. Today morning while travelling to my office I was reading Sant Nirankar magazine of April month, there was an article "Retrieving the lost sheep" by Rev. C.L Gulathi ji in which he has talked about bringing back those saints who have left Mission even after taking divine knowledge. 

So, my question is, in this case also there is will of Nirankar?
