The blind, deaf, unwise and perverse does not admit his ignorance;
Mistaking it for milk, he goes on churning the water.
He is searching for the Formless infinite God at the conjunction of rivers;
He light the lamp at the graveyards, tombs and the funeral places.
He took for the all-pervading God in barren lands;
He is tired of bowing before scriptures and worshiping at the shrines.
He has wasted all his life in search of God and failed to perceive Him;
Avtar says, nobody has ever realised God without the True Master.

Anha bola moorakh bemukh mannada nahin nadani noon;
Dudh samajh ke ridki jandai, vekho baitha pani noon.
Be-hadde Nirankar noon ja ja, sangam utte bhal rihai;
Qabran madhi masanan utte, ja ja deeve bal bal rihai.
Rame ram noon dhoondan de layee, phol rihai veerane noon;
Granthan noon kar sajde thaka, puj rihai butkhane noon.
Bhal bhal ke umra gali par ih nazrin aya na;
Kahe Avtar guru de bajhon ram kise vi paya na.
