GURU KA LANGAR (With a lesson)
One day when I was taking langar at Samagam-Ground, a mahapurash got up with some food yet left in his plate. When he reached the disposal area, his plate was not
accepted by sewadar at duty. He asked the gentleman to finish the food left in his plate. The gentleman kept the plate on the ground and wanted to exit. Two sewadars stood in front of him with folded hands and requested him to do as desired. The gentleman was set free only after he finished the food he had in his plate.
I could see a satisfying smile on the face of the person, he deserved as he had fully utilized the ashirwad given by BABA JI in the form of Langar_Parshad.
This scene flashed number of times and taught a lesson which I want to share with this group.
Guru Ka Langar has a sanctity much above our normal meals, similarly the human body is when compared to that of other species. It has maximum potential like a plate full of parshad (Langar).
The greatest gratitude we can offer to the provider Almighty, is to utilize its potential fully and that could be :
(a) To understand our Bond of relationship with HIM and then
(b) To utilize the complete potential granted by Him to serve HIM & his creation till last breath.
Let us accept this parshad of human form with great happiness and thank BABA JI for showing the way to make most of it.
Lesson From Langar :- Those who could do justice to whatever granted by HIM would perhaps be returned back as is done by sewadars at langar exit.
