There is no difference between Gursikh & Gurmukh.These are two
different words who's essence is same.
Gursikh : Guru is Master/Prophet and Sikh means learner who follows,
lives breath and does as Guru says their communication bonds gets that
strong even Sikh can feel, sense understand his silence or divine look
which keeps growing as much as he experience/practiced.
Gurmukh: Mukh means face, in order to understand anything in life our
face and attention has to be toward that purpose/intreast/motive and
goal whatever we may call so that we can achieve what we are putting
our heart, mind and soul into essence is similar as Gursikh we keep
our heart, mind, soul, face so we all can live as Satguru Babaji wants
us to live for ouselves and humanity by our intentions and actions
with his given holy words.
With these few words I beg your pardon for any mistake I have made
unknowingly.
