I find that just living in awareness of nirankar as often as possible and going to sadhsangat doing sewa when it is required by the reciepant and simran as i live is spiritual. Some one said to me if i am in nirankar then how can i be far away or not close to him. Pray is a very power medicine without any side effects and can be taken as ofen as possible. Keep company of saints and the path will be easy to walk along. Wear the shoes of gyan and then thorns will not prick our soul

the path to sprituality is not that easy to follow. And somewhere down the line.."practically speaking", i fall apart to follow it completely. So i have a question if it is possible to follow the path of sprituality completely and strictly or it can be made flexible a bit by giving it a so called "practical touch"? Because, The world we live in... i find it difficult to strike a balance on this.
