Vivek Ji has explained it very well. In continuation to him, I would like to add.
We have taken five principles and fourth says Grahasth Avastha.
In earlier ages Rishi Munni use to do Tapasaya and today Baba Ji has. Blessed us with Grahasth Tapasaya.
This is his tapsaya and in grahasath avastha he has to do Bhakti.
Baba Ji has given us Nirankar and we have to win every body"s heart and if we feel sad we can pray to Nirankar to bless us.
As mentioned below our intention should be pure rest leave on Nirankar he will make sure when n where he wants us to do sewa.
Let us pray to All Mighty to blss all of us with his Sewa, Simran & Satsang.
Baksh lena
Dhan Nirankar Jee

Subject: [Divine Souls:4229] Re: seek advise on sewa
Gurdip Ji, "Sadh di sewa wo kare jis to aap karawe ae", this is the simple reply to your friend's worries. Nirankar/Satguru is the one who chooses the person, place and time, i do not have any intelligence to be of any use to the lord almighty. Having said that, there are plenty of people more deserving, more intelligent, more responsible than what i can accomplish. But if He chooses me than i shall be able to do the sewa as per His desire, with His blessings only. An important aspect to keep in mind while rendering any type of sewa anywhere is the intention behind it. If my intentions are noble and pure than even if i am not able to justify myself with the desired actions, i am fine. There is a blood donation camp organised once a year at the bhawan, there are many saints who want to donate blood but are not able to do so because of less iron content in the body, past medical history or because of travel outside the country. The intentions are there but they can not justify the same with the actions because of some reasons. The satguru accepts them because the intentions are right. On the other hand, even if i am rendering some sewa and i am expecting gains in return, that would all go waste. Charity begins at home, as i write this, i am introspecting my ownself. On occasions i have overlooked my own family and looked for sewa somewhere else, where i could have done a lot of it in my own house. The friend is doing a very important sewa of bringing his spouse to sangat. That itself is huge, but I can become complacent and take people for granted that are close to me. I start looking at my own convenience and forget the real purpose of sewa. The best thing to do is to surrender to nirankar and ask for blessings to be able to do sewa as per His plans and not according to my own convenience. If i can do this, i am sure my lord master will present me with many opportunities to render my services to Him, in the way acceptable to Him.
