Of course to a body which is ever-changing in contents (means hairs
fall and new develop, eat food and become blood and add as a sustainer
to other parts of the body, etc.)
In next birth you may not remember who you were and what was your
name.
And body as is ever-changing in contents so in fact it is only a
memory in body that remembers the name of you in you and in others and
memory also sometimes get deleted particularly in others when they do
not remember your name and when a person become insane or goes in
coma.
