Santo dasi believes the answer to your question is simply the 5 praans. The 5 promises we made to Satguru lets us follow the path ideally If we adhere to the words of Baba Ji and follow the 5 promises, do sewa, simran and satsang, we should not have any problem in being truly spiritual.
See the life of Satguru how it is. It is as practical as can get ji! :)

DNJ in the holy feet of all,
the path to sprituality is not that easy to follow. And somewhere down the line.."practically speaking", i fall apart to follow it completely. So i have a question if it is possible to follow the path of sprituality completely and strictly or it can be made flexible a bit by giving it a so called "practical touch"? Because, The world we live in... i find it difficult to strike a balance on this.
